Additional Charges
- Electronic files that do not meet our specifications may incur charges for
corrections at $30/hr.
- Changes or revisions beyond the first proof may incur charges at $30/hr.
Ads designed by TGH are for use in TGH only,
but may be purchased separately for other uses.
Advertising Terms
- Advertisers and their agencies assume full responsibility for any claims arising from their ads
against TGH, its staff or suppliers.
TGH shall not be liable for any costs or damages if for any reason it fails
to publish an advertisement. - Positioning of advertisement is at the discretion of the designer.
- TGH shall not be
liable for errors.
- Liability for mistakes ads or editorial copy is limited to TGH running a correction.
- TGH shall
not be liable for any delays or failure to print, publish or circulate any issue because of circumstances beyond
our control.
Billing
- Pre-payment is required from all first-time advertisers and is due by material
deadline.
- Invoices payable within 30 days with U.S. funds only. 18% annual interest charged on balances over 30
days.
- MasterCard and Visa accepted.
